2020 Prospect Rankings

Tight Ends

QB | RB | WR | TE | OL | DL | EDGE | LB | CB | S

1. Adam Trautman
College: Dayton

Height: 6’5″, Weight: 255
A strong and physical receiving tight end who dominated the competition. Trautman has great athleticism and good consistent hands. He’s a strong route runner as well and uses his size to shield defenders from the ball. If teams are confident his dominance is because of his ability and not his less than stellar competition he can be a solid day two or three pickup.

2. Cole Kmet
College: Notre Dame

Height: 6’6″, Weight: 262
As of right now, Cole Kmet is a pass catcher only albeit a good one. He struggles blocking and will need some serious coaching. Kmet makes up for it by having a domineering physical stature and reliable hands. He does have trouble doing much after the catch though.

3. Hunter Bryant
College: Washington

Height: 6’2″, Weight: 248
An undersized but fun tight end to use. Hunter Bryant moved around often on Washington’s offense, including spending some time at fullback. As a receiver he has reliable hands, and his athleticism allows him to be a major threat after the catch.

4. Devin Asiasi
College: UCLA

Height: 6’3″, Weight: 257
Devin Asiasi’s athletic ability is immediately clear when watching him. A nice route runner with reliable hands. Asiasi does a great job of positioning on routes and made some nice grabs in traffic. He’s a raw prospect and has some work to do as a blocker.

5. Brycen Hopkins
College: Purdue

Height: 6’4″, Weight: 245
Another raw prospect that will need to work on his blocking to establish himself as a contributor in the NFL. Hopkins proved to be a capable route runner and was quick to turn up field which allows him to make some big plays after the catch. His athleticism makes him an intriguing day three guy.
