2020 Prospect Rankings

Running Backs

QB | RB | WR | TE | OL | DL | EDGE | LB | CB | S

1. Jonathan Taylor
College: Wisconsin
Height: 5’10”, Weight: 226
An incredible runner who just finished a decorated career at Wisconsin. Jonathan Taylor is a smart runner with excellent vision. He’s patient and seems to be a consistent bet for positive yardage. His workload is a glaring concern along with his fumble issues.

2. D’Andre Swift
College: Georgia
Height: 5’8″, Weight: 212
D’Andre Swift is an energetic runner who is deadly when given space. He doesn’t have incredible power, but makes up for it with his shiftiness. Swift was comfortable moving around in Georgia’s offense and is also a great receiving threat.

3. Clyde Edwards-Helaire
College: LSU
Height: 5’7″, Weight: 207
A back with a diverse skill-set, Edwards-Helaire was a threat on the ground and through the air. He’s a nimble runner with great lateral quickness and a nice stiff-arm/spin move that can make linebackers look silly. His size is a concern, and he struggled in short yardage situations.

4. JK Dobbins
College: Ohio State
Height: 5’9″, Weight: 209
An insanely productive running back who consistently stepped up in big game situations. Dobbins is a nimble runner who is a safe bet to win 1-on-1 battles in the open field. His talent in the open field makes him the premiere big play threat in this year’s class. Similar to Taylor, Dobbins has some excess mileage logged on from his college career.

5. Eno Benjamin
College: Arizona State
Height: 5’9″, Weight: 207
The number five spot in this year’s class seems up for grabs. Eno Benjamin impressed me with his work ethic. He’s a strong blocker and as cliched as it sounds (if you read enough of my draft coverage you’ll realize it’s all cliches) he’s so good at making something out of nothing. His vision needs improving and it seems like he’s running directly into the back of his linemen at times. But Benjamin has the potential to be a three down back in the NFL.
