1. Rashaan Evans
College: Alabama
Height: 6’3″, Weight: 234
A refined linebacker, you can see how comfortable Rashaan Evans is out on the field. Evans plays very smooth and his instincts allow him to flow with a play as it develops. He showed confidence picking up running backs on pass routes as well.

2. Leighton Vander Esch
College: Boise State
Height: 6’4″, Weight: 256
A massive linebacker with surprising speed and quickness. Vander Esch is a powerful linebacker who’s a difficult block. He’s great at diagnosing plays and has nice closing speed. You wouldn’t know from watching him that he’s a one year starter. Which makes you wonder how much better can he get as he gains more experience?

3. Josey Jewell
College: Iowa
Height: 6’1″, Weight: 235
Josey Jewell’s size and quickness are his biggest concerns. Jewell is capable of minimizing the concerns for his speed through his intelligence. He’s fantastic at sniffing out plays and is a very strong tackle. He won’t impress you on paper, but he has very strong film

4. Micah Kiser
College: Virginia
Height: 6’2″, Weight: 240
Micah Kiser is a smart and instinctive linebacker. He plays aggressive and had a huge amount of production for the Cavaliers. He was weak in pass defense. And his struggles against speedier players will cause some worry about his athleticism.

5. Tegray Scales
College: Indiana
Height: 6’0″, Weight: 230
Tegray Scales will face concerns about his size. But he’s more than capable of making up for it through his discipline and instincts. Scales ability to read an offense allowed him to make a ton of plays behind the line of scrimmage. His size and athleticism will raise concerns, but his smarts may convince teams he’s worth a shot early on day 3.
